How long does it take to receive the embroidered product?

Orders with embroidery are shipped within 5 working days maximum.

If you have opted for a store pickup (available in Paris 3), you will be contacted by our team as soon as your order is ready.

For Colissimo deliveries (in France, Belgium, Germany, Spain and Switzerland) or DHL deliveries (in Europe and outside Europe), the usual delivery times apply. You can refer to our summary table.
