How do you look for an item on the website?

Our menu enables you to search our products by category (men/women/children/family) or by product (swimwear, accessories). Once the selection has been made, you can filter it by colour, size and matching items.


Changing my order

You can add or remove items from your basket until order confirmation.

Once the order has been confirmed, you can no longer change it yourself.

In the event of any error in terms of delivery address, item or size, please contact us at [email protected]. We will do our maximum to change your order if it has not yet been prepared by the warehouse!


My delivery address is incorrect

It is possible to change your delivery address, if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse or one of our shops, by sending an mail to: [email protected] 


Is it possible to gift wrap? 

As we believe that receiving and opening a package should be pleasurable, all our swimwear and ready-to-wear is wrapped in an attractive navy blue non-woven bag. When confirming your order, it is also possible to include a gift box in which the items ordered will be presented.


Cancelling my order

It is possible to cancel an order, if it has not yet been processed by our warehouse or shops, by sending an email to [email protected].

If your order has already been processed, you will have to send the items back for a refund once you have received your package, within 14 days.


Grouping of orders

Your orders will automatically be grouped together if you have placed several orders in the same half-day period, having chosen the same carrier and the same delivery address.


Order validation

Your order is validated from when you see it appear in  “My account/My orders”.

You will also receive email confirmation with your order number as well as a summary of your basket.
