Return my order in France
GILI’S Return Policy – France
We want your shopping experience in France to be as smooth as possible.
Here are the details of our return conditions:
Deadline
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any items you are not satisfied with. Returns are at your own expense.
How to return
You can return your order using our return form available in your customer account (Order history / Details).
An amount of €4 will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs.
Refund
Once the items have been received, inspected, and accepted by our returns department, the amount charged for the returned items will be refunded to the bank account corresponding to the card used for payment, no later than 15 days after receipt of the returned items.
Exchanges and new orders
We do not offer direct exchanges by mail or online return. However, if you place a new order following a return (for example, due to a sizing issue), we will provide free shipping. To benefit from this, please contact our customer service to receive a dedicated code.

Additional information
Returns to relay points are not allowed.
For orders placed from November 219th, the return period is extended until January 15th of the following year.
This return policy applies only to mainland France.
