Return my order within and outside the European Union
GILI’S Return Policy
We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. Here are the details of our return conditions:
Deadline
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any items you are not satisfied with.
Returns from the European Union*
Returns can be made using a prepaid label available in your customer account (Order history / Details). A fee of €4 will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs.
Returns from outside the European Union
You must also download, complete and include to your package the return form, as this may extend the processing time of your request. Click here to download it.
Returns are entirely at the customer’s expense. Please return your order to the following address:

Exchanges and new orders
We do not offer direct exchanges.
However, if you place a new order following a return (for example, due to a sizing issue), we will provide free shipping. To benefit from this, simply contact our customer service to receive a dedicated code.
Refund
Once the goods have been received, inspected and accepted by the returns department, the amount charged for the returned items will be refunded to the customer’s bank account corresponding to the bank card used for payment, within 15 days of receiving the returned items.
We hope this process feels clear and straightforward.

Returns to relay points are not allowed.
Please note: for orders placed during the month of December, the returns period is extended until 15th January the following year.
The orders made in the DOM-TOM are considered as being placed from abroad.
