B Corp
GILI'S is proud to have obtained B Corp certification this year.
After more than a year of in-depth auditing based on 300 criteria, GILI'S joins the very select club of French ready-to-wear companies to have obtained this label and is the only French swimwear brand to be certified.
B Corp certification is awarded to companies that meet rigorous standards in terms of social and environmental performance, transparency and responsibility. GILI'S has successfully demonstrated its commitment to these fundamental principles, confirming its position as a committed and responsible player in the fashion industry. The "B" stands for "Benefit for all".
It is one of the most highly regarded certifications in the world, and is obtained following an in-depth audit that generally lasts several years. Fewer than 10,000 companies worldwide are "B Certified®" and only 400 in France !
Seaqual®
Seaqual® certification is a genuine commitment to our oceans. Every Seaqual® product under our brand is made from recycled plastic waste, taken directly from the world's seas. Most of it is collected from beaches, seas, oceans and waterways.
They include fishing nets, plastic bottles and elements used in aquaculture.
Choosing Seaqual® certified products means actively contributing to the reduction of plastic pollution while supporting the preservation of marine ecosystems.
OEKO-TEX®
Our OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 fabrics have been checked at every stage of processing: raw materials, yarns, dyeing, printing. They contain no chemicals that are harmful to health.
Laboratory tests include around 100 control parameters and are based on international standards. The more intensive the contact between the textile and the skin, the stricter the limits to be respected.
