Creating a GILI’S account

Creating a GILI’S account is very easy:

  • Click on “My Account” at the top right of the home page
  • Enter your email address on the form “Is this your 1st dip with us?”
  • Fill in the requested information and click on save.

For easier and faster registration or login, you can also automatically pre-fill the registration form using the “Facebook Connect" option that will import the information registered on your Facebook account.

Please note that our invitations will therefore be sent to the email address linked to your Facebook account.

Logging in to my account

To log in to your GILI’S account, click on “My Account” at the top right of the home page screen.

Enter your email address and password then confirm in the form “Already a customer”

You can also log in via “Facebook Connect”.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

It is necessary to create an account to make a purchase. Having an account means you will be the first to hear our news and take advantage of our special offers. Creating an account will also give you access to your order history, and save your personal information to facilitate your future orders.

Receive the GILI’S newsletter

To receive our Newsletter, please click on the fixed yellow “newsletter” button on the right of your screen then click on “I subscribe” on the pop-up window.

If for any reason you do not receive our invitations, please check your spam and add the email address [email protected] to your address book.

Managing my delivery addresses

You have the option to save your delivery addresses to avoid retyping them or them being deleted after you have placed your order. Please go to “My account/Addresses”.

Updating my address and personal information

To update your password, go to “My account/Account details”.

You can also update your personal information such as your name and address as well as your email address.

You can also update your payment method under “My account/Payment methods” 

Deleting your account

If you want to delete your GILI’S account, please contact us: [email protected] Please note that you will no longer have access to your order history once your account has been deleted.

Recover my password

If you have forgotten your password, go to “Account” at the top right corner of the home page, enter your email address and click on “Forgotten password?” You will then receive an email to reset the password.
